1XBet Delayed My Deposit Since July 19 — Still No Funds or Explanation
I've recently been playing on the 1XBet platform and am currently facing a serious issue with depositing money into my account. For the past 3 days, the funds have not been credited. Every time I reach out to customer support, I only get the vague response: “Please wait.” But how long am I supposed to wait?
I want all real money transactions to be transparent and timely. My bank has already confirmed that the money was successfully sent on July 19, yet it still hasn't reached my 1XBet account (luclucas***@gmail.com). This makes me question whether the delay lies with the bank 1XBet uses for deposits.
I kindly request a clear and detailed written explanation from 1XBet regarding where my money is and what the current status is. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to challenge your platform’s handling of user funds through all available channels.
I am happy to inform that my payment problem has been resolved. The entire amount has been credited to my account. This happened after my complaint here. I do not believe that this is a coincidence.
