Alphapins Charged Me for a €100 Roblox Pin but Never Sent the Code

At around 12:14 AM, I purchased a €100 Roblox pin through Alphapins, paying approximately $113 for the transaction. My order number shows as 2034756. Despite my purchase being confirmed, no pin code has been sent to me.
I have not received any error message or cancellation notice — the code I purchased simply never arrived, leaving me unable to use what I paid for. I have not yet contacted Alphapins customer service about this issue.
I am requesting that either the €100 Roblox pin code I purchased be delivered to me as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation regarding my transaction be provided if needed.
