I Cannot Receive My 1xBet Withdrawal In My Bank Account

I have a 1xBet account with the username “steeverex” and I am facing a problem with my withdrawal. About one week ago, I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 9,700 from my 1xBet balance in India. When I contacted customer support, they told me to wait one week and said that the payment would be completed. However, after this period, instead of receiving the money in my bank account, the withdrawal was cancelled and the 9,700 amount was returned to my betting account balance. I did not request this cancellation and I am not able to get the funds into my bank account as I originally intended. I kindly request that my withdrawal of 9,700 be processed and sent to my bank account as a bank transfer as soon as possible, or that I am given a clear and justified explanation for why my withdrawal is not being completed.
