1xBet Verification Delay - Withdrawal Disabled

I have been using my 1xBet account from India for some time without problems, and I was able to make deposits and withdrawals normally in the past. However, for the last three months I have been unable to withdraw my balance via bank transfer, because the system shows “no payment method available” when I try to withdraw. As a result, I currently have around 1.17 lakhs stuck in my 1xBet account.

I contacted 1xBet customer support multiple times, but they only keep buying time and do not provide any concrete solution to this specific issue. They asked me again to verify ownership of my account by sending a screenshot of my most recent successful deposit with date, time, amount and transaction ID visible. I have already provided whatever deposit information and screenshots I had, and I have not made any new deposits in the last three months, so I cannot provide anything further.

I do not wish to go through any more verification steps. My clear request is that 1xBet immediately closes my account and allows me to withdraw my entire remaining balance of approximately 1.17 lakhs to my bank account, without any further delay. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and in full so that I can safely receive my money and have my account closed as requested.
