On 8 May, I was told via live chat and later by e‑mail that a birthday bonus would be given to me during the day, but no bonus was defined and no clear information was shared. After the bonus was not provided as promised, I sent an e‑mail and also requested a call back, yet I did not receive any response from your side, neither positive nor negative. The same situation happened to me last year as well; I could not receive my birthday bonus then either. When the same problem is repeated for the second time and there is still no feedback, I have started to doubt the seriousness and reliability of your company and I regret being your customer. As an active and high‑volume user of your site, I expect at least a clear and timely response. I request that you explain why no feedback was given to my e‑mails and call request, and that you inform me clearly, in a positive or negative way, about my birthday bonus and the handling of this issue.
