On 14/11/2025, I requested a withdrawal of $62 from my 1xbet account via Yapı Kredi Bank. However, even after 16 hours, the money has still not been transferred to my bank account. I’ve experienced similar issues in the past, and the fact that this keeps happening has caused significant inconvenience.

When I contacted customer service, I was repeatedly told to “just wait,” with no clear explanation or solution provided. I know that withdrawal requests must be completed within the time frame stated in 1xbet’s own terms, yet despite this period having passed, I still have no result.

I request that my issue be resolved immediately and that the withdrawal amount be deposited into my account as soon as possible.
