Despite this, the bonus was never credited to my account. After noticing that the bonus had not appeared, I contacted your customer support and was informed that I had not fulfilled the conditions because, according to them, the holidays were already over. I completely disagree with this, as my deposit was made on 30/11 at 23:40, meaning the holiday period was still ongoing according to the promotional information available at the time. I carefully followed everything stated in the terms and conditions and even sent screenshots to support to show that I met all the required conditions, yet my request was still rejected. My main demand is that the missing bonus for this “deposit+bonus” holidays program be credited to my account as originally promised. I fulfilled the conditions in good faith and believe I am entitled to receive the bonus that was advertised. I kindly request that you recheck this promotion in relation to my deposit on 30/11 at 23:40 and credit the corresponding bonus to my account.
