On September 14, 2025, I attempted to deposit ₺1,000 into my 1xBet account using my Papara account (O*@gmail.com)**. Normally, funds are transferred instantly, but this time the transaction was rejected without any explanation or notification. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it left me confused and inconvenienced.
I am not sure whether 1xBet recently changed its payment policies or deposit conditions, but the lack of communication and transparency in this case is extremely frustrating. Customers should be informed immediately if a transaction fails, rather than being left in uncertainty.
