I made a massive rookie mistake yesterday (My ID: 7190***). I transferred about $300 worth of Ripple (XRP) from my Binance account to my casino wallet. The transaction shows as "Successful" on the blockchain, but my balance here is still zero. I realized I completely forgot to input the 6-digit Destination Tag/Memo! The funds went to the casino's main XRP address but aren't linked to my profile. I know it's my fault, but the first-line live chat just told me "crypto transactions are irreversible" and closed the ticket. That's not helpful at all! You have the money in your main wallet. I have the exact TxID, the sender address, and screenshots from my exchange. I need a real finance guy to look at the ledger, locate my orphaned transaction, and manually credit my balance. Please don't just pocket my money over a missing tag.
