4rabet Deposits Missing Despite Successful Payments And Support Tickets
I am writing regarding two deposits I made to my 4rabet account in India, both of which have been debited from my payment methods but have not been credited to my account balance. The first payment was for Rs 25,000 made via Amazon Pay to the account in the name of SOMANATH S*** (ID: soman***989@icici) on 13 June at 10:33 pm, with a UTR number ending in 9931 and support ticket SUP-1548583. The second payment was for Rs 15,000 to the account in the name of Ram Vi*** K*** (ID: 50484838***0@boi) on 14 June at 8:29 am, with a UTR number ending in 2428 and support ticket SUP-1549516. Both of these amounts have been successfully deducted from my side but have still not been credited to my 4rabet account. I have tried to reach support multiple times. The live support and bot responses are very poor and keep generating ticket numbers, but no new agent seems to follow up or even recall the previous ticket details, and I am repeatedly asked to provide screenshots again and again. I have also sent emails, but none of them have been properly attended to, and I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. On top of this, it has been indicated that payment partners are not paying 4rabet, which means customers like me are left suffering without our money or any clear information. Considering all of the above, I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the reliability of this system, as it appears to be operating in a way that makes customers feel defrauded. I request that both deposits (Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000) be immediately refunded in full to the original payment methods used. I also expect a clear written explanation of why these deposits were not credited and why support has failed to resolve this issue so far. Their Customer care team says ticket generated and we have recevied the amount in our Bank account. Its just our payment system which need to apply the payment.
