I am using the 1win mobile app for casino from Abbottabad, Pakistan, and my Easypaisa withdrawals have been stuck for more than 50 hours without any resolution. My 1win account ID is 366150***. On 2 June 2026 at 4:18 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of 10,000 PKR, and on 3 June 2026 at 7:46 a.m., I requested another withdrawal of 3,000 PKR. Both withdrawals are still pending and have not been processed. During this period I have repeatedly contacted support via email and also tried to get help through the live chat support within the app. However, live chat keeps giving the same scripted response and directs me back to email, and my emails are being ignored with no meaningful answer or solution. This situation is causing me serious frustration, as my funds are being held without any clear reason. I request that 1win immediately process my pending Easypaisa withdrawals of 10,000 PKR and 3,000 PKR to my account without any further delay, and provide a clear explanation for why these payments were held for so long.
