eFootball Account Lost While Phone Reset

I was playing eFootball mobile with my KONAMI ID–linked account, where my in‑game username was “Hassansh***”. Yesterday my phone was reset, and since then I have not been able to log back into my account. I have also forgotten the password for this KONAMI ID, so I am completely locked out and cannot access my game progress. I tried to find a way to contact KONAMI support, but I could not reach any working link or form to report this problem, so I have not been able to submit an official support ticket. Because of this, I am very worried that I might permanently lose my account and all the time and effort I invested in the game. I kindly request that my eFootball mobile account be recovered and that I be helped to regain access, for example by resetting or restoring my login so I can continue playing on my mobile device. I also ask that a clear and accessible support channel or link be provided so that players can easily report similar issues in the future.
