I made a deposit on 1win to my account via an India e‑wallet on 15 May 2026 in the amount of 3,200. The money was deducted from my e‑wallet, but it was never added to my 1win balance. I have a transaction reference and screenshots showing that the payment was successfully taken from my e‑wallet. When I contacted 1win support, they first told me to wait one hour, then asked me to wait 24 hours, but although I have now been waiting for 3 days, the amount is still not visible in my 1win account and the issue has not been resolved. I request that my 3,200 deposit be immediately credited to my 1win balance without any further delay, or that you clearly explain the problem and correct it as soon as possible.
