I created an account on 1win with user ID 363963108 and the email address king.gamer****@outlook.com, and deposited 10,000 via Paytm. After playing, my account balance reached 16,160, so on 18 May at around 3–4 p.m. I requested a withdrawal of 16,160. Immediately after I requested the withdrawal, my account was blocked, and I did not receive any payment, not even the 10,000 I had originally deposited. I contacted 1win customer support about this situation, but I did not receive any reply from them. My money is stuck in the blocked account, and I have no access to it. This amount is very important to me. I request that 1win at least refund my deposited amount of 10,000 to me as soon as possible and provide a clear explanation of why my account was suddenly blocked right after the withdrawal request. I also request that they contact me via my registered email address, king.gamer****@outlook.com, with their response.
