1win Refuses to Credit My ₹50,000 Deposit and Closed My Support Chat Without Resolving It
I am using 1win from India and on 31 March I made a deposit of ₹50,000 to my 1win account (ID: 337243648) through PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, but it was never credited to my 1win balance. When I contacted 1win customer support, they told me that the payment had failed. I then provided them with all the necessary proof, including the bank’s response confirming that the transaction was successful. My bank is now asking for the transaction or bank statement from the payment provider’s side, so I requested this document from 1win, but they are not willing to share it, which makes the situation even more suspicious. Despite all this, they kept insisting the payment failed and, instead of properly resolving the issue, they simply denied my claim and deliberately closed the chat. I request that 1win either immediately credits the missing ₹50,000 to my 1win account balance or refunds the same amount back to my bank account. I also expect the company to stop misleading players in such situations and to handle such payment issues transparently instead of closing chats without a fair resolution.
