1win Refund For Cancelled Payment

I made a payment using Amazon Pay to add balance to my 1win account, but the money has been debited from my account and the payment was cancelled, and I have not received any refund. The transaction was for ₹350, debited today, 22 June, from my Amazon Pay wallet. My user ID on the platform is 358465449. After noticing that the balance was not added and no refund was issued, I contacted 1win customer support, but they have not responded to me. I am left without my money, and neither my 1win balance nor my Amazon Pay wallet shows any reversal of this failed transaction. I request that this failed transaction be reviewed urgently and that a refund of ₹350 be processed immediately, either back to my Amazon Pay wallet or as a correct credit to my 1win balance, whichever is possible at the earliest.
