Starpets.gg Keeps Rejecting My Visa Card With a Payment Failed Error
I have been experiencing a constant payment problem on starpets.gg for about two weeks. Every time I try to buy something using my Visa card, the site says “Payment failed – Internal error (Transaction ID: 576523958).” This happens nearly every day when I try, even though I have money in my account, and this is the only card I have. Before this problem started, I had successfully used the same Visa card multiple times on starpets.gg without any issues. The problem began while I was in the US and is still continuing now that I am in Italy. Because I am a child, I have limited options to fix this on my own and have not been able to solve it through my bank or other channels. I urgently need this issue to be fixed today, because I want to complete my purchases and use the site normally again. I would like you to review my account and payment history, identify why these payments are suddenly failing with this internal error, and help me complete my purchases with my Visa card as before. I am asking for clear and fast assistance so that I can make my payments without constant failures.

I have been trying to make a payment to Starpets via GMPays using my Visa card, but my payment keeps getting declined and I am not able to complete my purchase. This issue has been going on since May 12th, 2026 and it still has not been resolved. The system shows that the payment is declined and I was even told to add the phrase “No response yet, please update,” but there has still been no solution.
I contacted support about this situation, but I have not received any reply, which is making me very angry and frustrated because I just want to pay and use the service normally like before.
With this complaint, I request that my payment issue via GMPays with my Visa card be urgently fixed so that I can successfully complete my payments to Starpets without them being declined, and I also ask that my complaint be answered as soon as possible.
