1win JetX Deposit via UPI Not Credited to Gaming Account

I play JetX on the 1win platform and on 3 April 2026 I deposited an amount of 50,000 to my gaming account via UPI from my bank account. Although the UPI payment was completed successfully and I have all the payment details, including the transaction and reference information, the amount has still not been credited to my 1win account linked to gaming ID 83842**. After noticing that the 50,000 was not added to my balance, I contacted 1win customer support and shared that I have all the necessary proof of payment. Despite this, no one has helped me so far and the issue remains unresolved, while my money is stuck. I request that the 50,000 deposited on 3 April 2026 be immediately credited to my 1win account on the UPI transaction details that I can provide. I expect this issue to be checked urgently and resolved without any further delay.
