I am writing this as a final formal notice regarding my deposit, which has not been credited to my 1win account despite being successfully deducted from my bank. On April 9, 2026, at 22:18, I made a deposit of 50,000 PKR to 1win using JazzCash (Mobilink Microfinance Bank). The transaction details are as follows: Transaction ID (TID) 708786990884, sender account in the name of MUZAMIL H*** with number 03290618*** and receiver account (your agent) with number 03026606***. Despite this, my 1win account with ID 349370*** has not been credited with the deposited amount. Your chat support under Appeal PAYVIP-1352901 continues to state that the transaction “failed” and that the funds will be automatically refunded within 7–10 days. This directly contradicts the confirmation I received from JazzCash. I have officially contacted JazzCash Support, and they have clearly confirmed that the transaction status is SUCCESSFUL and SETTLED, and that the funds have been transferred to the receiver’s account at 03026606***. JazzCash has also stated that because the transaction is not marked as ‘Pending’ or ‘Declined’, they cannot initiate any automatic refund on their side and that only the receiver, in this case your payment provider, can return the money. Despite this, my 1win balance is unchanged and no refund has been received. I am attaching the official JazzCash transaction receipt showing the TID and successful status, the screenshot of your chat where your manager claims the transaction failed, and my account statement for the last 7 days showing that no refund has been processed back to my JazzCash account. In light of the clear bank confirmation and the funds having already reached your payment agent, I request that you immediately either credit 50,000 PKR to my 1win account ID 349370*** or promptly refund the full amount to my JazzCash account without any further delay.
