I’ve never had issues depositing money into my 1win account, but yesterday, my ₺3,500 deposit never arrived. This isn’t a small amount, and despite repeatedly contacting customer service and even providing my payment receipt, all they say is, "We are looking into it," but nothing gets resolved.
