1win Deposit Successful but Marked Cancelled on Account

I deposited ₹2000 to my 1win account on 10 May 2026 using the Slice app. The payment was successfully completed on my Slice app, but on the 1win platform the transaction is shown as cancelled and the amount has not been added to my 1win balance. After noticing this, I contacted 1win customer support, but they only told me to wait and did not provide any clear solution. My money is stuck even though the transaction shows as successful on my payment app, and I still do not see the ₹2000 in my 1win account. I request that my ₹2000 deposit be credited to my 1win ID as soon as possible, or that a clear and prompt resolution be provided regarding this failed transaction.
