On 20 June at around 08:50 pm, I made a deposit of ₹2000 to my 1win account via UPI using PhonePe, but the money has still not been added to my account balance. The payment was completed on my side and I have a UTR/transaction reference number: 804149572885. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but I have not received any clear solution or satisfactory response and my balance is still not updated while the money has left my PhonePe account. I request that the missing ₹2000 deposit linked to UTR 804149572885 be urgently located and either credited to my 1win account or refunded back to my PhonePe/UPI account as soon as possible.
