1win Deposit Cancelled But Money Deducted Paytm

I am a student and I am writing to report an issue I faced while adding money to my 1win wallet through Paytm. On 10/04/26, I tried to add ₹500 to my 1win account using UPI via Paytm. For this payment, I generated a QR to add balance, made the payment successfully, and received the UTR number 610068520568 from Paytm. However, after I entered this UTR number on 1win, the transaction first showed as pending and then was marked as cancelled, but the amount of ₹500 was still debited from my account. My 1win account is registered with the mobile number 8223903***. Even though the transaction shows as cancelled on 1win, the ₹500 has neither been credited to my 1win wallet nor refunded back to my Paytm/UPI balance. This amount is important for me as I am a student and cannot afford to lose this money. I tried to get support from both sides. On 1win, there is only a chat option which has not been helpful and did not provide any proper solution. On Paytm, I submitted a complaint and was informed that my complaint has been registered and that I would get clarity only after 24 hours, but so far I have not received my money back. I request that my ₹500 either be added to my 1win wallet linked to mobile number or refunded back to my Paytm/UPI account associated with UTR 610068520568 as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly so that my money is not stuck any longer.
