On 1 May, between 20:00 and 00:00, I tried to make a hotel reservation via Obilet for Sunrise Alora Aqua Park Resort for the dates 28 May–3 June. When I reached the payment step, the application constantly gave an “unexpected error occurred” warning and I was unable to complete my transaction despite repeated attempts. During this process, I called customer service 4–5 times. In each call, the representatives told me that the sales team would call me back and then ended the call, but I did not receive any return. Only once was I connected to the sales team; that person stated that the relevant screen did not appear while processing and said “I will call you when the screen comes up,” then ended the call, but again no one called me back. Due to this technical problem in the application and the lack of follow-up by the sales team, I was unable to benefit from the 20% hotel campaign valid on 1 May. To remedy this grievance, I request that the 20% discount from the 1 May campaign, which I could not use that day, be applied to my hotel reservation under the same conditions.
