1win Deducted My Withdrawals but Never Sent the Money


I have an account with 1win for sports betting, and I am facing a serious problem with two withdrawal requests from my sports betting balance. On 15/5/2026 and again on 27/5/2026, I requested withdrawals of 5,000 and 4,000 to my e‑wallet in Egypt. The amounts were deducted from my 1win balance, but I never received the money in my e‑wallet. For your information, I have successfully withdrawn once before and I deposit money frequently on this platform. I contacted 1win support about this issue, and I was told that the problem was “being solved with the payment provider”. However, more than two weeks have passed and nothing has been resolved, and I still have not received either of the two withdrawals. I request that 1win immediately resolve this issue by either completing the payouts of 5,000 and 4,000 to my e‑wallet, or returning both amounts to my account balance so I can use or withdraw them again. I expect this to be handled urgently, as my money has been blocked for a long time without a clear solution.
