Susty Shark Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

I ordered a t‑shirt from Susty Shark with order number sss00006378, but I have still not received it. On the tracking page, the shipment appears as “delivered”, however nothing has been delivered to me at my address. Although the system shows the order as completed, I did not receive any package, notification or delivery attempt, and no one in my household has received it on my behalf. This situation is causing me inconvenience because I paid for a product that I do not have. I request that Susty Shark urgently investigate where my shipment was actually delivered, share clear information with me about the result, and either deliver my t‑shirt to me as soon as possible or provide a full refund of the amount I paid.
