Zynga Permanently Banned My Okey Plus Account Without Explanation

My Okey Plus account has been permanently banned, and I have no idea why. I always played fairly and respectfully, and I’m shocked to see that my access has been blocked without any warning or explanation.

I log in using my Facebook account, and my player ID is 91113159682. I’ve already reached out through multiple channels but received no real answers. This account represents years of gameplay and time, and I’m asking Zynga to review the situation seriously.
