Zynga 101 Okey Banned My Account for No Reason

My Zynga 101 Okey account was banned for "not following game rules," even though I haven’t logged in for a long time. How can they ban an inactive account with no recent activity? This situation is incredibly unfair, leaving me blocked without explanation. I feel wrongfully punished and am simply asking for access to my account again. Zynga, please investigate this matter and lift the ban on my account. I expect a quick resolution to restore my access and ensure players aren’t unfairly locked out.
