Unable to Cancel Duplicate Zurich Insurance Policy and Get Refund

I hold a motor own damage insurance policy with number 32087309 at Zurich Sigorta, which has been issued unnecessarily because I already have another active motor own damage insurance policy for the same vehicle. For this reason, I request the urgent cancellation of this policy. The policy was arranged through Emin Evim and the premium was collected from me in a single payment. On the policy, the net premium amount is shown as ₺20,189.45, the expense tax as ₺1,009.48 and the gross premium as ₺21,198.93. Since my previous motor own damage insurance policy for this vehicle is still in force, I do not want to be in a situation where I pay money for nothing if this policy continues. Today, I called your customer services many times for the cancellation of my policy. Although I waited on the line for a long time each time, most of the time I could not reach a real representative at all. On one occasion I was connected to someone on the line, but the call was suddenly terminated right after I stated my cancellation request and I could not reach anyone again. During this process, I also contacted Emin Evim and was told that I needed to speak to the insurance company, but I did not receive any other support. Having to struggle so much just to cancel a policy that has been issued unnecessarily causes serious inconvenience to me both in terms of time and financially. I urgently request that my motor own damage insurance policy numbered 32087309 be cancelled, that written information regarding the cancellation process be sent to me, and that the amount I have paid be fully refunded to me without any extra fees, deductions or additional grievances. I expect this process I have experienced to be quickly examined and resolved, and that the necessary improvements be made so that similar grievances do not occur for other customers.
