I attempted to trade my Zula account through an Instagram page dedicated to Zula account buying and selling. During the trade, I shared my Zula account login details with the other party, along with my phone number and email address for verification purposes. However, after taking over my account, the person changed both the phone number and email linked to it and completely locked me out of my own account.
My account was at level 90, and I worked hard to build its progress over time. I contacted the person to return my account, but they refused and did not provide any account in exchange as promised. This situation has caused me great emotional distress and resulted in the loss of all my efforts and time spent in the game. I even provided screenshots of the fraudulent Instagram profile as evidence.
I urgently request the Zula support team to assist me in recovering my stolen account. Since the thief changed my contact information, I cannot reset my password. Please take immediate action to secure my account and restore my access. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and fairly so that other players do not fall victim to similar scams.
