Zety Subscription Scam Concern—Charged Without Approval
Although I only used the trial version on Zety and believed I had canceled the subscription afterward, today I was unexpectedly charged $32 for a subscription renewal without my knowledge. I had only used the service briefly for trial purposes and was not aware that I had an active subscription.
I have a bank statement/transaction record for this charge. Despite contacting Zety after this incident, I have not received any response so far.
I request a full refund of the $32 charged without my consent and that any active subscription be completely canceled.
