Zety Subscription Renewal Without Notification—Refund Requested
On November 12, 2025, a charge of $23 was made from my WNB Individual Npara account by Zety.com without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any prior notification regarding this transaction, and I was also unable to find any email address to contact Zety.com.
Although this may be related to a subscription renewal, I was not given any prior warning or notification, and I did not agree to any additional contract or commitment. The transaction took place between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
I request a full refund of the amount charged. Otherwise, I will initiate the necessary procedures together with my bank.
