I Got Hacked And The Hacker Changed My ZEPETO Email And Password

I am writing because my Zepeto account appears to have been hacked and I can no longer access it. When I opened the app yesterday to message my best friend, I saw that I had been logged out. I tried to log back in, but the app showed that my email and password were incorrect, even though I entered them correctly. In this account I had 35 zems that I had earned through playing, as well as many hairstyles and clothes that I collected over time, and I am very upset about the risk of losing them together with my account. After I lost access, I contacted the person using my account by messaging them from my best friend’s account, and they told me that they know me, which makes this situation even more worrying. I have already contacted Zepeto support about this situation, but so far I have not received any response. I kindly request that my hacked account be recovered as soon as possible and that my access be restored along with all my zems, hairs and clothes. I also ask that the necessary security checks be carried out on my account to prevent this from happening again.
