Zara Virtual Gift Card Link Is Not Working and Customer Support Is Unhelpful
I am facing an issue with a Zara virtual gift card I purchased for my wife for Christmas. She tried to use it today, but the link is not working. I have spent an hour attempting to resolve this issue through Zara’s chat service, but I have had no success with either the automated system or the agents. My order number is 54008487490, my name is Mike N***, and my email address is mike***@btconnect.com. It feels like the agents are intentionally cutting off the conversation, as I am never able to complete the process, including sending screenshots. This experience reflects very poorly on Zara's customer service. I am deeply disappointed and would like to know if Zara employs human representatives who can speak over the phone to resolve such issues effectively.
