Zara Same-Day Delivery Fail

I placed my order through the Zara app for same-day delivery, with the promise of delivery by 23:00 on April 29. However, from the time I placed the order around lunchtime till now, it has stayed in the processing stage and has not been moved to preparation and packaging. Despite selecting same-day delivery and paying an extra price, my order has not been fulfilled. I was supposed to receive the merchandise today, however it did not arrive owing to Zara's false application. Why provide this option if you can't deliver on the same day? Especially when my location is in the heart of Istanbul and an order that should have taken 30 minutes to deliver takes 10 hours? Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience; thank you.
