Zara Online Order Mistake — Wrong Product Shipped and Return Policy Blocks the Fix

I placed an online order from Zara Turkey on May 27th and ordered a perfume. However, when my order arrived, I discovered that the product sent to me was completely different from the one I had selected on the website. Because I had seen on the website that products with opened protective film cannot be returned, I absentmindedly removed the outer film of the perfume packaging to inspect it — but I did not use the perfume at all. Regardless, the product I received is not the perfume I originally ordered. My order number is 54701422892. I am kindly requesting that Zara exchange this perfume for the correct one I originally ordered, even though the protective film has been opened, and that they assist me in resolving this issue.
