Zara Missing Order & Unreachable Customer Service Complaint
I haven't received my order from Zara yet. The package was sent through a courier service, but unfortunately, it seems impossible to get in touch with them. After enduring a lengthy wait of over 25 minutes, I was finally able to connect with a representative. However, to my dismay, the representative insisted that my address was invalid, despite my repeated and accurate recitation of it. Zara's responses are limited to pre-written messages when communicating through written channels. After requesting the cancellation and refund due to their inability to deliver today, they abruptly terminated the call. I have serious doubts about the credibility of this courier company since it is not listed in the Ministry. If this is the state of Zara's online store, there's really not much else to comment on. I'm here to share my experience and convey my disappointment. I have lost confidence in Zara Online Turkey. I've gone through all the complaints here, and it appears that Zara tends to neglect its customers, leaving them to handle things on their own. I plan to send an email to Zara in Spain, including all the current complaints about their service. Additionally, I will file a complaint about the courier company with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Warm regards.
