Zara Lost My Item After It Arrived At The Warehouse

The Adidas shoes that I purchased from the Boyner store and intended to return were instead delivered to the Zara depot. When I got in touch with Zara, they told me that they had checked their camera recordings and seen that the product had been delivered. They assured me that they would call me back, but to this day, despite my messages, they have not. They are continuously sending messages claiming that the product is not available. The recipient's name can be determined from the shipping information. Zara was unfortunate enough to misplace a pair of Adidas shoes that did not belong to them. It's worsening that no one from the company has gotten back to me with a solution to my problem. This can not be tolerated. Shame on you.
