Zara Linen Shirt Return Denied

I bought a linen shirt from Zara at Ankamall and returned it the next day at 7 PM. They refused to accept the return, giving various excuses: it smelled like smoke, the tag was torn, it was wrinkled, and it had a stain. The shirt was never worn. I have a question for you, Zara: don't 20-30 people try on an item in a day? Doesn't this cause wrinkles? Do you provide new, perfectly packaged items when we try them on in-store? Please answer this. They claim not to exceed 7 minutes in the fitting room, but does the item wrinkle after 7 minutes? Also, I've never seen them timing the fitting rooms before. This is interesting. From now on, I will tell everyone about my bad experience with your brand, both online and through complaints to all relevant places.
