Zara Return Delivered To Depot But Refund Denied
I am reaching out because the return process for my order number 5394*****39 has become quite a challenge. As per the official records from MNG Kargo, my return package was successfully delivered to the Zara warehouse on 27.10.2025 at 08:50. The tracking information clearly indicates the recipient's name, identifies the receiving unit as Zara, and confirms that the package has been delivered. I made sure to capture screenshots of each step along the way. Even with the confirmed records, Zara dismissed my return request with a vague response that “the file has been closed,” which is baffling given that the package was delivered to their own depot. If a return is delivered but remains unprocessed, the responsibility lies solely with Zara, and declaring the case closed does not address the issue at hand. I kindly ask that you reopen the review of my return right away and process my refund without any further delays. Thank you for your attention to this matter. If this issue isn't addressed, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
