I ordered a product from Zara on the day of Black Friday discounts. Payment was received and I received confirmation that "your order has been received". I knew, like everyone else, that my shipment would arrive late due to Black Friday. Things started when I wondered and asked customer service where my cargo was. The customer representative told me: "Your package is in lost status. Since your products are not in stock, you will be refunded." The second shock came from the next customer representative. "Since product stocks are updated instantly. The product has not been sent because the product is out of stock." I get the message. Another customer representative sent the cargo company and cargo tracking number, and I called the cargo company he sent me. The cargo company absolutely does not accept such a thing, it does not appear to be lost, that is, there is no shipment belonging to your name or cargo number. Everyone gave a different reason and took my time. I am a victim now. Even if there is no product, I definitely want it to be compensated with a similar product.
