My Zara Order Has Not Been Delivered for 3 Days


My order with the number 5310*****45 has been marked as 'in distribution' for the past 3 days, yet I'm encountering issues with the shipping company. Despite the courier supposedly attempting delivery on the 6th, there have been misleading updates claiming 'unreachable' for the last 4 days. Despite our office being open, no courier visited, and no delivery was made. Another friend, expecting a delivery from the same courier Ş**** E****, is facing a similar 4-day delay. Despite numerous calls and messages until the promised delivery date of January 10, there's been no response from the shipping company. Their phones are unreachable. This Zara online shopping experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.
