Despite our frequent shopping at Zara, what is this carelessness and rudeness? Are you doing this intentionally? I chose a black T-shirt, and a white one arrived. I returned it, placed a new order, and again received a white one. I returned it once more, reordered, and finally got the black one. But this time, it came with label pieces left on, impossible to remove. Are you mocking us? What's with this lack of attention? I'm spending five thousand liras, and look at the disrespect I'm facing! I will complain about you everywhere. You're unnecessarily bothering people. I will seek my rights everywhere.
