Zara Home Sent Wrong Items and Delayed Return Process

I ordered cabinet handles from Zara Home online, but the wrong items were sent. It took UPS 10 days just to pick up the incorrect products for return, and I still haven’t received the correct ones. Both the shipping company and Zara Home are blaming each other for the delay. It’s been 20 days since I placed my order, and this back-and-forth is unacceptable for a brand of this size. Additionally, a customer service representative named Züht was extremely rude during my interactions. I’ve never experienced such poor service before, and I won’t be shopping from Zara Home again.
