Zara Home Refund Delayed After Store Return
I purchased two side tables from the Zara Home store in Vadi Istanbul and paid a total of approximately $435. When I wanted to return the products, I was told that the daily refund limit on the POS system had been reached. Therefore, I was asked to leave the products at the store and provide my IBAN, bank name, and full name. I was told that I would be contacted within 48 hours at the latest and that the refund would be transferred to my account.
However, within the stated 48 hours, I received no call or any form of communication. When I followed up myself, I was asked to provide my email address, and although I emphasized the urgency, the refund still has not been processed. The customer representative I spoke with tried to assist, but despite this, my money has still not been returned.
I am extremely uncomfortable with being put in a position where I have to chase my own refund. Even after two days, the $435 payment has not been credited back to my account. I request that the full amount be refunded to my IBAN immediately, without any further delay or additional procedures.
