Zara Home Failed to Refund Full Amount for Returned Order After One Month
I returned the items I purchased from Zara Home under order number 80091055675, which totaled ₺17,400. While part of the refund was processed, it’s now been over a month, and I’m still waiting on the remainder of the refund, with no resolution in sight.
I’ve contacted Zara Home’s live chat support multiple times, and all I ever get is the same generic response: “The process is ongoing, please wait. We don’t know how long it will take.” I've also sent several emails, but those go unanswered. When I messaged the Zara Home Instagram account, they claimed my refund had already been processed. But when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no pending or completed refund exists.
I’m tired of being passed around with inconsistent information and zero accountability. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing, and I’m left without my money and without proper support. There’s no reachable customer service phone line unless I call internationally, which is not a viable solution.
