Zara Home Order Marked as Returned Without My Request
I placed an order with Zara Home (order number: 5357***2409) and received an email stating that my package had been shipped. However, when I clicked on the tracking link, it didn’t work and showed an error. Later, I discovered that my order had been marked as returned without any request or notification from my side.
I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but only the AI assistant responded, and it couldn’t provide clear or helpful answers to my questions. This lack of proper communication and service is highly frustrating. I expect Zara Home to address this issue immediately, provide an explanation, and ensure that I either receive my order or a full refund.
