I Face Unresolved Return Request with Zara Home and No Customer Service Response

On July 21, I submitted a return request through Zara Home. Since then, no one has come to collect the product, and I have received no updates or confirmation about the process. A few days after submitting the request, I called customer service and was told that the delay was due to high demand but that the pickup would definitely happen. I asked if I could return the item by shipping it myself, but I was informed that the system only allows pickups from the address. They mentioned that I would be given a return code, which must be used on the same day, and if not, I would have to call again. I agreed to wait a few more days for pickup, but no one has contacted me or come to collect the item.

When I tried calling customer service again, I found the line constantly busy. This is no longer a coincidence—it feels like calls are being intentionally blocked. Why is there only an address pickup option? Why is it taking so long for someone to come for the return? And why is there no accessible customer service channel? I demand immediate collection of my product and a clear, timely update on my return process.
