Zara Home Canceled My Order After Sale—Now My Dinner Set Is Incomplete
I placed an order on the Zara Home app on January 1st at exactly 20:00, right when the sale started. I bought 8 medium plates, 8 bowls, and 2 deep plates to create a complete dinner set. To ensure I had all the matching pieces, I also ordered additional items through the website, in-store, and even from London with the help of friends. However, by January 17, my app order still hadn’t arrived, so I contacted support—only to receive an email saying, "We can't ship your items." Now, only three medium plates are being prepared, making it impossible to complete my set. Why allow orders if you won’t fulfill them? This experience has completely shattered my trust in Zara Home. I expect a proper resolution immediately!
