Zara Home Soap Dispenser Leaks – Poor Customer Support for Faulty Product

I recently purchased a soap dispenser from the Zara Home store in Istanbul Emaar, even though I live in Antalya. When I got home and filled it, I noticed the dispenser was leaking. I reached out to customer service, expecting assistance for a defective product, but they suggested I return it to the store in Istanbul. It’s absurd to expect a customer to travel from Antalya to Istanbul over a faulty soap dispenser. Zara Home seems quick to sell products but offers little help when there’s an issue with quality. I request a reasonable solution, either a replacement or a refund, without the inconvenience of a long journey for a simple exchange.
